摘要
Mountain air rescue in Germany looks back at a 50-year history. In cooperation with the Bavarian Mountain Rescue, helicopter EMS providers were able to develop future-oriented concepts to rescue accident victims from alpine terrain. The emergency physician is also a part of this specialized area of emergency medicine. The mastery of technical mountain procedures, including both the winch and the rescue rope, are prerequisites for safe working on emergency patients in difficult terrain.
