摘要
A new promising technology of manufacturing waveguide structures using polymeric materials has been invented. It has been applied to construct an integrated, all-optical, polymer-based light modulator based on a Mach-Zehnder interferometer. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
