摘要
Technological innovation evaluation system of technical innovation mechanism, technology and talent, the output capacity of technological innovation, major scientific and technological inventions four-level indicators and innovation investment in 10 secondary indicators, as well as expenditure on science and technology activities accounted for sales revenue the proportion of 20 third-level indicators. These indicators are relatively comprehensive, scientifically and objectively reflect the company, s overall level of technological innovation, according to the evaluation by the fuzzy evaluation of the basic principle of the evaluation of the level of technological innovation, the assessment to promote the construction, designed to further promote business level of technological innovation to a new level.
