摘要
Two-electrode laser diode in fiber-optic links with a microwave subcarrier is offered to use, The results of numerical analyses of the stability of such lasers in a low-signal approach are reported, The output characteristics continuity, and quasi-linearity conditions are defined, Statical and microwave parameters of GaAs-AlGaAs gain-coupled two-electrode heterolaser developed for the microwave modulation operation are measured, and the results of measurements of transmission losses in the microwave fiber-optic link on this laser basis are given.
