摘要
Green supply chain is a modem management mode that pursues the all-round harmony of the environment influence and the resources efficiency in the whole supply chain. Setting up correspond mechanism of supply chain can help to ensure that supply chain can run without some obstructions. For it, this paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of the stakeholders in the supply chain, and puts forward the model about correspond mechanism. At the same time,some suggestion to make institutional system perfectly is presented.
