摘要：
The increasing awareness of protecting environment promotes enterprises and supply chain (SC) to consider "green" competition. To great extent, a healthy and "green" relation between purchase and supply improves the stability and performance of SC. The evaluation and selection of green supplier (GS) is the key, by which SC gains more competitive advantages. This article presents an appraisal system on GS and an appraisal model for GS based on the theory of fuzzy decision established, and then points out how both sides constitute green strategic relationship.
