摘要
We developed a highly efficient, deep-red organic light-emitting device (OLED) with an external quantum efficiency of nearly 18% with a very low turn-on voltage of 2.41 V and an electroluminescence emission wavelength (lambda(EL)) of 670 nm using energy transfer from an exciplex host to a deep-red phosphorescent emitter, bis(2,3diphenylquinoxaline) iridium(dipivaloylmethane)[(DPQ)(2)Ir(dpm)].
