摘要
Now polyacetylenic alcohols (1-5) have been isolated as cytotoxic principles from the marine sponge Petrosia sp. The compounds were particularly cytotoxic against a human melanoma cell line (SK-MEL-2). The gross structures were established on the basis of NMR and MS data, and the absolute configuration was determined by the modified Mosher's method.
