摘要
Self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) surface treatment can change the Au gate surface characteristic from hydrophilic to hydrophobic and improve the mobility of bottom contact and top contact organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) to 1.35 x 10(-2) cm(2)/Vs and 2.26 x 10(-1) cm(2)/Vs, respectively.
