Analysis on Internship Quality Assurance System for Vocational College Students

Since internship is influenced and restrained by many objective and subjective factors, such as enterprises, schools and students, and internship lacks management and becomes a mere formality, effect and quality of internship cannot be guaranteed sometimes. In this thesis, "three-stage method" is used to construct quality assurance system for internship of students; methods and means for internship quality assurance are explained; evaluation, perfection and improvement are conducted for internship quality assurance system to ensure effectiveness of internship and realize integration of students' high-quality internship and high-quality employment.
