Research and Practice on Web-Based Distance Education of Master of Engineering

This paper discusses about how to use the current Web technology tools to integrate and construct the platform for the distance education of master of engineering in the domain of computer technology, and explores the reasonable and proper application of the related technology tool throughout distance education, emphasizes the importance of strong and powerful organization, administration and supervision. It proves by practice that in this way, with less investment and instant effect, better result may be achieved for improving the quality of distance education.
