Realistic Plight of Enterprise Decision-Making Management under Big Data Background and Coping Strategies

With extensive application of MIS, MRP, ERP and other advanced enterprise management systems in various enterprises, informatization level and management level of enterprises have been continuously improved. Faced with increasingly fierce market competition, more and more enterprises recognize that a8 cquisition, analysis, screening and application of data play significant roles in enterprise decision-making management. Bid data has become a research hotspot in circles of enterprise management, and has generated farreaching influence on relevant theories of enterprise decisionmaking management. From perspective of big data, a big data-based enterprise decision-making management system model was established in this paper to explore into realistic plight of enterprise decision-making management under big data background and put forward coping strategies.
