Ultrafast energy transfer in manganese-doped ZnSe

摘要
Ultrafast relaxation dynamics of excitons in ZnxMn1-xSe are investigated by using coherent transient spectroscopies. It is found that the exciton phase relaxation in the ZnMnSe is modified by the energy transfer process from the exciton states into the Mn2+ localized luminescent center.
