摘要：
Th article presents the scenario forecasts for the regional economy development as modelled on the basis of production function. Investment and innovative parameters of the region's economy's development are determined. Parameters are calculated, and the trajectories of the production functions development are presented on the example of one of the regions in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
