摘要
Tutorial academic activity in higher average education in Mexico is a recent effort to minimize school failure at this level of education. For this reason, the Secretariat of Public Education integrated the National System of Academic Tutoring (SINATA) that with respect to the Comprehensive Reform in Higher Education has as main aim to contribute to the formation of the students taking into account their needs and academic interests. Regarding the SINATA, at the College of Scientific Research and Technology of the State (CECyTE), in the municipality of Tecamachalco, Puebla the Tutoring Program takes place, until now in person and often eight hours a month per subject. This coverage has been insufficient for the achievement of objectives, since, among other causes, numerous groups make it difficult to respond to individual academic situations. Because of this, is the proposal to integrate the academic tutorial action on campus, the use of ICT that enables to create a learning community online, and optimize the time for face-to-face tutorials, thus promoting attention to particular cases and minimizing the disadvantages of face-to-face tutoring with numerous groups. The software used for the creation of digital resources from tutorials online is an authoring tool for open source called eXeLearning enabling the creation, organization and issuance of the contents by the Professor, as well as other relevant resources for students, which will be able to access through the Internet. This form academic tutorial activity is innovated in campus.
