摘要：
The purpose of this study tried to access the situation of supply chain management as it is applied in the Taiwanese textile industry. The gap of differences between knowledge of supply chain management and its implementation strategies was analyzed. A survey was conducted on Taiwanese textile manufacturers and relevant trade companies to access how successful supply chain management can be implemented in the industry and to identify the factors involved. In addition, companies' practice performances in the past was investigated and evaluated.
