Combustion procedure deposited SnO2 electron transport layers for high efficient perovskite solar cells

摘要
Organic-inorganic lead halide perovskite solar cell is on the spotlight due to its low fabrication cost and excellent optoelectronic properties. SnO2 is considered as a promising alternative for TiO2 as the electron transport layer due to its high charge mobility. Here we report on a combustion method to prepare highperformance SnO2 extraction layer. Compared to SnO2 from the conventional solution-processed method, this SnO2 layer has a faster ability to extract and transfer the photoelectron. The device based on SnO2 from combustion method obtains a power conversion efficiency of 19.12%, which has a 24.8% increase compared to the device based on SnO2 from the conventional method. Further adding Nd3+ ion to the SnO2, the PCE comes to 20.92%. (c) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
