摘要
It is unavoidable to decline of the mine for the nonrenewable and finite of the coal. In order to realize the sustainable development of the mine, the coal-mine needs to make out the strategic program early as far as possible, get rid of the limitation of the resource by influencing the declining process, regulate the industry structure and develop substitutable industries actively by considering itself trait and geographical advantages on the guidance of the sustainable theory and the circular economy theory. This paper analyses the traditional development model and the sustainable development model, puts forward four sustainable development models including the model of resource exploited appropriately, the model of buying a new mine in other place, the model of technological innovation, the model of changing industry which include the model of the industry leading, the model of agriculture leading and the model of the third industry leading, and then analyses and appraises their advantage, limitation and the appropriate conditions. This paper provides a good thought for the sustainable development and has an important theoretical meaning and a practical significance.
