New data processing method for the structure's nondestructive test

摘要
A new data processing method of the structure's nondestructive test is put forward, which can be used comprehensively to deal with the data of different instruments or dimensions (ultrasonic value and rebound value) in the nondestructive test of the structure. The estimator of structure strength got by this method is unbiased, minimum variance and best-unbiased estimate, which is obtained by using Lagrangian multipliers, maximum likelihood theory and data fusion of inverse regression. Many tests show that we can get lower relative error and higher precision of concrete strength with this method than the traditional method. Moreover, it can not only be used in the civil engineering, but be extended to data fusion problems of many measurements with different dimensions in other fields as well.
