摘要
Underground mining is limited by working environment and challenged by frequent accidents, hence stricter demand is needed for emergency rescue. Based on China's current emergency rescue system and in view of emergency aid means inadequacy of the traditional plan and dispatching telephone in coal mine, emergency management mechanism and emergency resource management pattern are optimized, and dynamic management scheme of emergency resources into personnel flow, the material flow, information flow are put forward. mine emergency management and rescue command process applicable to information management are put forward, and emergency management is divided into daily and disaster emergency state. key technologies are further researched, and theoretical studies and the software implementation were carried out in the emergency plan decomposition, three-dimensional WebGIS integration, monitoring and early warning aspects. Based on this total architecture and functional modules are designed for coal mine emergency rescue system. The application results show that the management system provide a new information technology and intelligent decision support platform for daily emergency management and disaster emergency rescue, and realize intelligent processing and decision making for accidents response, rescue and emergency management, daily monitoring and sharing of emergency resources, and improve the capacity of rescue and analysis of emergent accident.
