摘要：
Purpose - identification of promising directions of development of public-private partnerships in Kazakhstan. Methodology - theoretical and swot-analysis of the stage of the development of public-private partnership. Originality/value - the value of work lies on the synthesis of the theoretical and practical aspects of public-private partnership. Findings - the definition of public-private partnership was clarified and the offers for the theoretical and practical development of public-private partnership were recommended.
