Combining application of safety ergonomics engineering and safety management in coal mine safety production

Because the coal mine production environment is bad, production process is complex and working environment is special, the security problems in coal mine production are more complex and more difficult to solve compared with other professions, this is influenced by many kinds of natural disaster factors, such as water, fire, gas, coal dust, mine pressure, roof failure and so on, specially the level of some coal mines production and management is low. This paper applied safety ergonomics engineering theory, combined with safety management theory, emphasized on analyzing the man's factor and management's factor in the coal mine production process, based on these, put forwarded a series of scientific and feasible proposals. It provided the basis for cutting down the coal mine accidents rate, reducing the accidents loses and ensuring the coal mine safety.
