摘要
Business processes in the domain of service procurement have the potential to increase efficiency and reduce cost. These business processes are getting more complex since service providers and service consumers collaborate and interact in network structures. A precise description, modeling, analysis and execution of service procurement business processes for the implementation of process-oriented information systems is required to unlock these potentials and optimize network collaboration. In this article, we propose a pattern based approach for business process models to improve this collaboration systematically. The approach is based on patterns of service phases and service modules to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
