The study group was used EBPN, and the control group was used the general psychological care, and then the results were compared. Conclusion: The results showed that there were significant differences between cancer and non-cancer group in the alexithymia scores; and there was significant correlation between alexithymia in DIF, DDF and TAS; meanwhile, the effects of treatment of EBPN methods for cancer patients with alexithymia was significantly better than the treatment of routine psychological nursing.
