摘要
Nowadays 3D acquisition devices (3D scanner) allows us to build accurate structures, And objects of 3D models in low -cost with less time consumption. We can construct digital 3-dimensional models by the data that we have collected. Here we use Hardware and Software assembly for digitizing the different properties wiz. Shape and color of large objects. The developments of 3D laser scanning techniques are to be introduced in this paper. By the application of 3D laser scanning techniques in land reclamation which boosts the work efficiency and can be useful tool for structure digitizing are to be introduced in this paper.
