Measurements using a system of transducers positioned at the opposite surfaces of a viscoelastic layer are proposed as a method of the determination of the wavevector-frequency spectrum of turbulent pressure fluctuations at low wave numbers. It is shown that, from the measurements of the power spectra of turbulent pressure fluctuations by a single transducer and a system of transducers with different phase distributions, one can determine the levels of the wavevector-frequency spectrum in the region of the wave number corresponding to the resonance wave in the viscoelastic layer.
