Spatial Distribution of Human Capital and Its Relationship with Innovation Efficiency

In the new normal context, regional human capital has become the main driver of economic growth. Through the construction of regional human capital evaluation system, factor analysis method is used to evaluate the regional human capital of 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, and detect the relationship between regional human capital and innovation efficiency. The results show that the spatial distribution of regional human capital is still in an unbalanced state, and the innovation efficiency is increasing, but the overall level is not high and still needs to be further improved. The degree of spatial accumulation and the efficiency of regional human capital show the consistency of spatial distribution.
