摘要
The imbalanced urban-rural development and continuously enlarging urban-rural income disparity have already become the important bottleneck of social economic sustainable development in Heilongjiang. First, this paper analysed the actual situation and historical evolvement trend of income disparity between urban and rural residents in Heilongjiang. Then, according to the statistical data from 1978 to 2008. this paper built a multiple linear regression model to empirically analyzes the effecting factors of the income gap between urban and rural residents. The empirical results show that there is a positive correlation between the urban-rural income disparity and the urban-rural dual economic structure, industrial structure; there is a negative correlation between the urban-rural income disparity and urbanization level, the level of rural financial development. In the end, some countermeasures and suggestions on how to narrow the income disparity between urban and rural residents are proposed.
