摘要
Under the condition of system-of-systems combat, the relationships among weapon system, control system and detection system are becoming more and more close, which has brought great challenge to the operational effectiveness evaluation of weapon systems. Inspired by cybernetics, and with the support of the Block-diagram evaluation system, SCA method is applied for operational effectiveness evaluation of a certain weapon system. On the one hand, SCA can deal with the uncertain challenges with different scenario conditions by evaluating the weapon equipment effectiveness in uncertain space. On the other, it can seek the mismatching among sensors, controllers and actuators of enemy, which is propitious to reveal the weakness and optimize the operational alternatives of weapon equipment.
