摘要
Combined with the natural climate and geographical location feature of Inner Mongolia chosen refining indicators, this paper built the Residential building energy saving comprehensive evaluation index system referring to the standard of residential building energy efficiency design, and that proceeding from design constructing and operating stage of constructions.
