摘要：
Equipment manufacturing industry is the leading industry in Shaanxi Province, and the upgrading of equipment manufacturing industrial structure is very important for industrial economic development in Shaanxi. This paper aims at exploring the upgrading mechanism of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industrial structure. Firstly construct the conceptual model of the influencing factors, and then empirically study the key influencing factors by multiple linear regression analysis and principal component analysis, finally conclude that capital input of technology innovation, foreign investment and industrial policy have significantly positive effect on the industrial structure upgrading of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry.
