摘要：
Core Competition Competence is a kind of capability resource that is owned exclusively by Enterprises. It could bring special utility for the consumer and make the enterprises more competitive. The construction Enterprise is facing intensive market competition and great/huge pressure for surviving. Cultivation is the key to occupy sustainable competitive advantage and gain long time survival and development for the construction Enterprises. This paper also provides some pieces of advice on the cultivation of core competition Competence.
