摘要：
The duration of construction project is of great uncertainty because the construction project is of large scale, its construction cycle is long, it takes much consumption in material resources, human and financial resources, it is of complicated cases, and there are also many unpredictable factors. A method to determine the uncertainty duration whose chief path is not a single one is raised combining with engineering practices in this thesis.
