摘要
In this article we focus on identifying the types of organizational citizenship behavior that could facilitate the sharing of tacit knowledge in the hotels' systems. In order to achieve this goal we employed an ethical approach and developed a questionnaire based analysis. After analyzing the responses that we received from 36 department managers from 12 national and international hotels, we observed that the process of sharing tacit knowledge is facilitated by the organizational citizenship behavior. This allows the creation of a trustful environment and the sharing of ideas, experiences and know how among the employees. "Civic virtue" and "helping" behaviors have the greatest impact on facilitating the sharing of tacit knowledge because they create the appropriate environment and highlight need of sharing.
