Research on the construction of information system for project management in comprehensive sports meet

This paper, based on mature project management software, studies on the project management system of comprehensive sports meet, including establishing the purpose, constructing the systematic structural model, designing the process and function, stating the key technology for development, and analyzing the expected effect of the system. Through the establishment and application of the system, the author hopes to provide a favorable decision-making tool for the high level executives, improve the organizing and managing skills for comprehensive sports meet and furthermore accelerate the informatization of sports meet management.
