摘要：

beta-Alkenylpyrroles were prepared directly by Pd(II)-catalyzed addition of pyrroles to alkynoates at room temperature. This procedure was applied to direct synthesis of a beta-alkenylpyrrole, the pyrrole fragment of haemin.
