摘要：
Knowledge Economy is an economy which directly depends on the output, spreading and application of knowledge and information. By means of network, knowledge economy makes knowledge spread quickly and widely. With the development and application of information science and technique, we gradually get to realize that the industrial society will finally be replaced by Information Society-Knowledge Economy Age. As for how to meet the challenge of our New Age, how to seize the chance to let an enterprise gain a strong foothold iii the Information Age, this paper deals with several topics, for example: rebuild enterprise according to information flow; recombining of elements of enterprise; the reorganization of processes and the reorganization of industry systematic mode, etc, informationization, changes caused by informationization and the new management idea of the enterprises of the Information Age.
