This paper investigates the uniqueness and dependence of the solution of nonlinear differential equation with fractional order by the fixed-points theorem. The obtained results include naturally those in open literature for some special cases, and a numerical approach to the discussed problem is suggested. (C) 2005 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
