摘要
Based on the complex network theory, this paper establishes the multi-objective planning model considering grid construction costs, running costs and network invulnerability. In this model, it proposes the network invulnerability index combined with the topology and operating parameters of the network to measure the tolerance of the network to the fault. On the basis of initial grid generated by Kruskal algorithm, the genetic algorithm with improved integer coding is used to solve the multi-objective problem and verified its feasibility by an example. The example shows that the multi-objective planning model can evaluate the network invulnerability effectively and obtain a stable and economical planning scheme.
