摘要
In order to improve the reliability of power supply through distribution network reconfiguration, from the point of view of maintaining connectivity and resisting damage ability, network invulnerability index is introduced as a new objective function of the distribution network reconfiguration. The edge weight and node position importance of the weighted network are introduced to calculate the index of network invulnerability. At the same time, considering the randomness and intermittent of the output of the Wind Power Generations (WPG), the index is modified. A model for multi-objective distribution network reconfiguration with wind power generators considering the Degree of Network Invulnerability (DNI) is proposed, and the Improved Harmony Search Algorithm (IHSA) is applied to solve this model. The Pareto optimal solution set for multi-objective reconfiguration is given for the decision-makers to choose according to the actual situation. Case studies on 33-bus system validate the validity and rationality of the proposed method. © 2019, Power System Protection and Control Press. All right reserved.
