摘要：
This paper introduces the design and implementation of information solution especially designed for the purposes of e-Learning at New Bulgarian University. The described architecture combines the best of modem technologies and theoretical foundations. In addition is examined the close future plans on researching for creation of data repository with semantic file system and its relation with the system.
