摘要
This paper proposes a Bridgeless (BL)-canonical change cell (CSC) converter for brush less DC (BLDC) motor drive to improve the power factor. The Cuk converter and CSC converter are simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK software. The simulation results shows that the proposed BL-CSC converter gives the higher power factor compared to the Cuk converter. The performance characteristics of the BLDC motor is also improved appreciably. The comparison results of the Cuk and Csc converters for BLDC drive are given.
