Influence of an inclined anisotropy on formation of spatially inhomogeneous phase in two-dimensional ferromagnet

摘要
Phase states of ultrathin magnetic film with an inclined anisotropy are investigated. It is shown, that in a 2D film with easy-axis, easy-plane anisotropies, and inclined out-of-plane anisotropy the realization of spatially inhomogeneous phase is possible only at specific orientation of an external magnetic field. If or-thorhombic anisotropy is implemented in the film plane, then the spatially inhomogeneous phase realizes at arbitrary orientation of in-plane external field. (C) 2004 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
