摘要
All commercial ICP-OES spectrometers are based on the use of gratings to separate light emitted from the plasma into individual wavelengths. This tutorial article reviews the basic principles of grating spectrometers, with special emphasis on the echelle variety of gratings used in instruments with charge-transfer detectors.
