A research management tool for the National Research Council of Canada

Given the challenges inherent in managing within a research environment, there is a recognized gap in the availability of tools which assess the health of research organizations, not just the results of the research. The objective of the Research Management Self-Assessment (RMSA) initiative is to develop and implement within Canada's National Research Council (NRC) a practical, diagnostic research management tool that codifies and supports effective research and research-related management practices within its research institutes across the country.
