摘要
The lack of protection of domestic workers has been repeatedly postponed by Spanish legislation and also is consequence of informality in the domestic sector, due to economic, political and cultural factors. The high informality of the sector condemns domestic workers, mostly migrant women, to be outside the Social Protection System and also to a return to precariousness in a preretirement stage, despite access to citizenship. This article analyses informality in domestic service and access to Social Protection for migrant women domestic workers, including Transnational Social Protection, from a longitudinal and gender perspective, taking into account the different migratory and vital stages.
