摘要
Ship radiated noise is a significant basis for target detection, tracking and positioning in the ocean. However, due to the complex and volatile marine environment, there are various kinds of noise in the ocean, and the identification of ship noise is difficult. This paper analyzes the mechanism and characteristics of ship radiated noise and establishes the ship radiated noise model. In order to reduce the difficulty of signal processing and detection, and improve the target detection rate, Dechirp processing is applied to the ship detection system. The Dechirp processing method is based on instantaneous frequency estimation, which does not need the prior knowledge of the signal to be detected and processes the received signal directly. Simulation results show that the application of Dechirp processing in ship detection system can improve target detection rate.
