摘要：
Gold abundance is a very important parameter in the evaluation of the gold-bearing potential of strata. Investigation manifested that ore-forming processes are multi-stage geological activities, a certain portion of gold may have been extracted from a gold-bearing formation to form gold deposits and their haloes, what determined by sampling may just be the remains of the original gold concentration. The gold abundance of a rock unit may not be very hight but the formation can still be regarded as a source of gold.
