摘要
In order to objectively and accurately understand the environmental pollution caused by the toxic heavy gas leakage, this paper assesses the environmental pollution of the toxic heavy gas leakage accident from the 4 factors, namely "air pollution, soil pollution, and biological pollution and water pollution". The model was designed to assess the environmental pollution of the toxic heavy gas leakage by means of expert investigation and using the method of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and fuzzy comprehensive assessment. This method has 13 index layers which are the toxicity, leakage density, leakage hour, leakage scope, neutralizer soluble in soil, resultant of neutralization, heavy gas soluble in soil, contaminated human, contaminated plant, contaminated animal, fire water, leakage soluble in water, neutralizer soluble in water. By consulting experts, the weight of each index was constructed. The assessment model is applied to evaluate and analyze the environmental pollution of the toxic heavy gas leakage. This model was exemplified in a toxic heavy gas leakage. The results show this assessment methodology could identify the degree of environmental pollution caused by toxic heavy air leakage reasonably, effectively.
