摘要
The rapid development of chemical industry park in China has brought considerable economic benefits for the country, but also caused the complexity of environmental issues. Chemical enterprises in the park intensive, complex production processes, many kinds of hazardous substances, so it is necessary to evaluate the environmental risk. In this paper, according to the principle of environmental risk assessment, combined with the regional environmental risk of chemical industry park and the characteristics of complexity, based on the consideration of environmental risk the risk source in the system, the control mechanism, the receptor and the enterprise management level, selection of dangerous chemicals, safety management and production process of Rios and receptor sensitivity of three-dimensional integrated index system, to evaluate the chemical the industrial park environmental risk. Evaluation using the analytic hierarchy process comprehensive environmental risk of chemical industrial park. According to the evaluation results, according to the different risk levels of the enterprise, put forward the environmental risk management suggestions. The results have application value, can provide a reference for the environmental risk management process, and provide technical support and decision-making basis for the decision makers.
